Students celebrate Chinese New Year
Though many may think the holidays are behind us, another important celebration is right around the corner. Chinese New Year is a celebration of the new year in accordance with the lunar calendar in the Chinese culture.
Over 800 students at the University of Regina are of Chinese descent. Recognizing this large Chinese student population, the Chinese Students and Scholars Association (CSSA) has made plans for a New Year celebration on campus.
